Tactical Story

Defensively, they crowded Kretinga’s perimeter shooters and forced a series of contested jumpers. Kretinga moved the ball well in patches but struggled to finish around the rim against Patriotai’s help defense.

For Kretinga, the loss highlights the need for more consistent perimeter shooting and better ball security against pressure defenses. Patriotai will look to carry the momentum into their next fixture, while Kretinga must regroup quickly in a competitive league where road points are precious.
