Key Moments

From there, the home team managed the game intelligently, using long possessions and strong rebounding to keep the clock moving and prevent any comeback attempt from gaining traction.

Tactical Story

Enosi Iliou’s defensive scheme was the foundation of the win. The team protected the paint, forced Oion Ag. Stefanoy into contested mid-range shots, and limited easy second-chance points. On offense, Enosi Iliou moved the ball side to side and attacked mismatches rather than settling for early attempts. That balance produced a steady stream of scoring and kept Oion Ag. Stefanoy’s defense guessing.

Oion Ag. Stefanoy struggled to find consistent offensive answers. Their half-court execution was slowed by Enosi Iliou’s pressure, and when they did create open looks, the shooting percentage was not high enough to close the gap. The visitors competed hard on the boards in stretches, but turnovers and missed free throws prevented them from building any meaningful momentum.

Standout Performers

Enosi Iliou were led by a balanced scoring effort, with Dimitris Karras pacing the team with 18 points, including several important baskets during the decisive second-quarter run. Nikos Vlastos added 14 points and controlled the tempo from the backcourt, while Panagiotis Mavridis contributed 11 points and was active on the offensive glass. Their combined production gave Enosi Iliou the edge in both scoring and composure.

For Oion Ag. Stefanoy, Kostas Doukas finished with 13 points and fought hard to keep his team within striking distance. Giorgos Raptis added 10 points, and Thanasis Alexiou chipped in 9, but the visitors lacked the consistent secondary scoring needed to match Enosi Iliou’s depth. Oion Ag.
