KSSSE AZS-PWSZ Gorzow Women produced a commanding 79-59 home victory over Sosnowiec Women in the Basket Liga Kobiet on October 19, 2026, controlling the game from the opening quarter and never allowing their opponents to mount a serious comeback. The 20-point margin underlined Gorzow’s superiority on both ends of the floor.

Gorzow set the tone with an aggressive defensive start, forcing Sosnowiec into contested shots and turning several early stops into transition points. By the time the first quarter ended, the hosts had established a lead they would protect comfortably for the rest of the evening.

Match overview

The home side played with pace and purpose, moving the ball well against Sosnowiec’s half-court defense. Gorzow’s guards consistently found open shooters on the perimeter, while the frontcourt controlled the rebound battle and limited second-chance opportunities. Sosnowiec struggled to find rhythm offensively and was forced to work hard for nearly every basket.

Gorzow led 39-27 at halftime and then put the game out of reach with a strong third quarter. The hosts extended their advantage to 61-43 by the end of the period, and the final quarter was played with the outcome already largely settled.
