The Beijing Royal Fighters delivered a commanding road performance in the Chinese Basketball Association on October 25, 2026, defeating the Shenzhen Leopards 103-70. The final score reflected a game that was controlled by the visitors almost from the opening tip, with Beijing’s defense setting the tone and their offense finding rhythm at every level.

The Royal Fighters led 51-37 at halftime and never allowed Shenzhen to mount a serious comeback. By the end of the third quarter the advantage had stretched to 25 points, and the final period became a matter of managing the game rather than contesting the result.

Royal Fighters seize control early

Beijing opened with purpose on both ends. The visitors pressured Shenzhen’s ball handlers, contested shots on the perimeter and limited second-chance opportunities with strong defensive rebounding. Shenzhen’s half-court offense struggled to generate clean looks, and the Leopards were forced into difficult late-clock attempts for much of the first half.

The quarter-by-quarter progression told the story: 18-27, 19-24, 17-28 and 16-24. Beijing won every period, gradually building a lead that removed any doubt about the outcome. Their ball movement was sharp, and their transition attack punished Shenzhen whenever a shot was missed or a turnover was forced.

Tactical keys to the blowout

• Defensive pressure: Beijing disrupted Shenzhen’s rhythm and forced the home side into contested jump shots.
• Transition scoring: The Royal Fighters turned stops into quick points, stretching the floor before Shenzhen’s defense could set.
• Balanced attack: Beijing’s scoring was spread across the roster, making it difficult for Shenzhen to key on one player.
• Bench contribution: The Royal Fighters maintained their intensity when rotations changed, protecting the lead through the middle quarters.

Standout performers

Beijing’s backcourt controlled the pace, mixing penetration with timely outside shooting, while the frontcourt protected the rim and cleaned up the glass. The Royal Fighters’ leading contributors did not need to force shots; the offense created good looks through patient ball movement and decisive drives.

For Shenzhen, the night was a struggle. The Leopards found some success when their guards attacked the basket, but the offense lacked consistency and the defensive effort could not contain Beijing’s balanced scoring. The home side’s best stretches were short-lived, and every run was answered by the visitors.

What the result means

The 103-70 win is a significant confidence boost for the Beijing Royal Fighters, especially on the road. It strengthens their early-season positioning and gives them a strong head-to-head result to carry forward. For Shenzhen, the focus will be on correcting the defensive breakdowns and finding more reliable scoring options before the next regular-season fixture.

In a league where road wins can shape the standings, this was exactly the kind of performance Beijing will want to build on. The Royal Fighters were sharper, deeper and more disciplined for 40 minutes, and the final score fairly reflected that gap.
