Eiffeltowers Den Bosch delivered a ruthless home performance in the BNXT League on October 10, 2026, crushing Feyenoord Basketbal Rotterdam 79-50. The 29-point margin was one of the most one-sided results of the early season, and it underlined Den Bosch’s credentials as a serious contender in the Dutch-Belgian competition. Rotterdam never found an offensive rhythm, and Den Bosch controlled every phase of the game from the opening tip.

The win boosts Den Bosch’s BNXT League standings position and gives their fans plenty to cheer about. Feyenoord Basketbal Rotterdam, meanwhile, will need to regroup quickly after a difficult night on the road. The defensive numbers tell the story: Rotterdam were held to just 50 points and failed to reach 15 points in any quarter.

Key Moments

The game’s decisive moment came midway through the second quarter. Leading 30-18, Den Bosch went on a 13-2 run powered by transition baskets and offensive rebounds. Rotterdam called two timeouts in quick succession, but the momentum swing was permanent. Den Bosch’s defense forced turnovers on four consecutive possessions, turning each one into points at the other end.

Rotterdam’s best stretch came early in the third quarter when they scored six straight points to cut the deficit to 45-29. But Den Bosch responded immediately with a 12-2 run, ending any hope of a comeback. The home crowd was treated to a complete team performance, with contributions from every player on the roster.

Tactical Story

Den Bosch’s half-court defense was the foundation of the win. They closed driving lanes, contested every jumper, and dominated the defensive glass. Rotterdam was forced into low-percentage shots and finished the game shooting well below 35 percent from the field. On offense, Den Bosch moved the ball patiently, finding open shooters and attacking the rim when Rotterdam overextended.

The rebounding battle was equally lopsided. Den Bosch won the boards by a wide margin, limiting Rotterdam to almost no second-chance points. That, combined with a fast-break advantage, made the game feel like a mismatch from start to finish.

Standout Players

Den Bosch’s shooting guard led all scorers with 20 points, including four three-pointers. Their forward recorded a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds, while the point guard added 11 points and 8 assists. The bench contributed 26 points, a testament to Den Bosch’s depth. For Feyenoord Basketbal Rotterdam, the leading scorer managed only 12 points, and the team as a whole struggled to find any offensive consistency.

BNXT League Standings Impact

The victory strengthens Eiffeltowers Den Bosch’s position in the BNXT League standings and adds to their point differential, which could prove valuable later in the season. Feyenoord Basketbal Rotterdam remain in search of form and will need to improve their offensive execution to climb the table. The head-to-head result is a clear statement from Den Bosch in the race for playoff seeding.

What’s Next

Den Bosch will look to build on this dominant display in their next BNXT League fixture. Rotterdam must quickly put this loss behind them and find answers on both ends of the floor. For now, the night belongs to Den Bosch, who delivered a performance that will be remembered by their supporters.
