The development setup also aims to serve as a support system for players who dream of reaching the Kosovo Football Superleague or even international football with Kosovo’s national youth teams. Regular contact with a wider football network gives the most talented U19 players a chance to showcase their abilities to scouts and higher-level coaches.

The club’s willingness to integrates young players into the senior squad whenever they are ready is a critical advantage. As KF Ferizaj continues to invest in its youth divisions, the U19 team has the resources and mindset to become one of Kosovo's most reliable football academies.
