Team Info

tigerscores365 Prometey 2 is the reserve team of the Ukrainian professional basketball club Prometey, based in Kamianske. The team serves as a development squad for young talents, typically competing in the lower divisions of Ukrainian basketball or in a dedicated reserve league. They play their games at the club's training facilities or smaller local venues. The team was founded with the explicit purpose of nurturing the next generation of players for the main Prometey roster, following a model common in European basketball. As a reserve team, its history is intrinsically linked to the player development successes of the parent club. The squad's key achievements are measured not in titles, but in the number of players who graduate to the senior team or professional contracts elsewhere. The modern squad is always composed of promising youngsters and players returning from injury, focusing on individual development within a team structure. The atmosphere at games is more subdued, often attended by scouts, families, and dedicated fans tracking future stars. Prometey 2 is an essential part of the club's infrastructure, ensuring a pipeline of talent for the future.
